This crystal pendant is made from fine quality Lapis Lazuli gemstone, was hand carved in a shell shaped stone and finished using 14kt Gold Plated on Brass / Sterling Silver findings.

We only use natural gemstones in our jewellery. The stone you receive may look a tad different from the pictures on the website, this is because all naturally occurring gemstones have inherent variations and inclusions in them. These are completely in sync with the natural properties of gemstones.
Our jewellery is very delicate, it cannot be handled roughly like statement pieces. Always try to keep the chain away from water & do not spray perfume or lotion on it. When not in use , put the jewelry in a zip lock that we provide to avoid any kind of tarnish.
How to measure your wrist length?
Take your existing chain bracelet or a plain thread and wrap it around your wrist. Mark the point which you feel is the most comfortable and measure its length end in inches using a ruler or a measuring tape.

Orders take 1–2 business days to process and 2–5 business days to deliver, depending on your pin code.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp/SMS.

Who pays Duties & Taxes on international orders?
International duties and taxes are not included in your order value. Any applicable charges are payable by the customer directly to the shipping agency once the parcel reaches the destination country.

All jewellery is made to order and typically takes 1–2 working days to prepare.
Custom orders may take 1–2 weeks.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
We do not offer gift wrapping. However, all jewellery is packed in a Kiri Kiri gift box.

Every KiriKiri piece is handcrafted to order, so we’re unable to issue refunds.
➤ Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
If the piece isn’t quite what you expected, you may request an exchange or store credit as long as the jewellery is unworn, in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt, and the request is made within three days of delivery.
Please note that earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any items purchased during Sale events are final sale.
All return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.
Items purchased with store credit are also final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Damaged on Arrival
If your jewellery arrives damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping error, let us know within three days of receipt and we’ll replace it at no cost.
Repairs
Our designs are intentionally delicate; rough handling can cause breakage. We’re happy to repair your piece—fees start at ₹300 and vary with the extent of the repair. For online orders, email clear photos of the issue and include your original receipt so we can advise the best course of action. Repairs may not be possible on discontinued designs or on pieces purchased more than six months ago.
Gemstone certification is available for an additional ₹200.
