Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges

Every KiriKiri piece is handcrafted to order, so we’re unable to issue refunds. If the piece isn’t quite what you expected, you may request an exchange or store credit as long as the jewellery is unworn, in its original packaging, accompanied by the receipt, and the request is made within three days of delivery.

Please note that earrings (for hygiene reasons) and any items purchased during Sale events are final sale.

All return-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Items purchased with store credit are also final and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged on Arrival

If your jewellery arrives damaged due to a manufacturing or shipping error, let us know within three days of receipt and we’ll replace it at no cost.

Repairs

Our designs are intentionally delicate; rough handling can cause breakage. We’re happy to repair your piece—fees start at ₹300 and vary with the extent of the repair. For online orders, email clear photos of the issue and include your original receipt so we can advise the best course of action. Repairs may not be possible on discontinued designs or on pieces purchased more than six months ago.
