Welcome to www.kirikiri.in (the “Site”), owned and operated by Kiri Kiri (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”, “Agreement”) govern your access to and use of the Site and the purchase of products offered on it.
By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on the Site, you (“you”, “Customer”, “Buyer”, “End User”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY
Use of this Site is permitted only to individuals capable of forming legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may use the Site only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
2. PRODUCTS & SERVICES
The Site allows customers to browse, select, and purchase jewellery, clothing, and accessories (“Products”).
Most products are handcrafted, made-to-order, or semi-custom. Minor variations in colour, texture, or finish are natural characteristics of handmade products.
3. ACCOUNT RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.
Kiri Kiri reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in false information, policy abuse, or suspicious activity.
4. PRICING & AVAILABILITY
Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.
In case of pricing or typographical errors, Kiri Kiri reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a refund or store credit at its discretion.
5. DISCOUNTS, SALES & PROMOTIONS
Products purchased during sales, discounts, or promotional events are final sale.

No store credit
6. PAYMENTS
Orders above ₹15,000 are accepted only via prepaid payment modes.
COD orders above this value may be cancelled without notice.
Kiri Kiri reserves the right to limit or disable COD for customers with prior refusals or policy misuse.
7. CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER
Once a prepaid order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.
As all products are handcrafted and made-to-order, processing begins immediately upon payment confirmation.
If a cancellation request is raised before dispatch, Kiri Kiri may, at its sole discretion, issue store credit equivalent to the product value, excluding shipping charges.

Store credit has no expiry
Store credit is non-refundable

Cannot be exchanged for cash
No cancellations will be accepted after dispatch.
Repeated cancellation attempts or misuse of policies may result in account restriction or termination.
8. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY
Kiri Kiri reserves the right to cancel any order due to inventory limitations, pricing errors, quality concerns, verification failure, or suspected fraud.
If payment has already been processed, a refund or store credit may be issued at the Company’s discretion.
9. FRAUDULENT OR ABUSIVE ACTIVITY
In cases of suspected fraud, payment abuse, repeated COD refusals, or misuse of policies, Kiri Kiri reserves the right to cancel orders, withhold fulfilment, disable accounts, or refuse future service.
No refunds shall be issued in such cases.
10. EXCHANGES / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
As all jewellery is custom-made or made-to-order, we follow a strict no-refund policy.
Exchanges or store credit may be offered only if:
The request is raised within 3 days of delivery
The product is unused and in original condition
The original invoice is provided
Earrings are non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
11. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
In case of damaged or incorrect items, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.
Claims without video evidence will not be accepted.
Approved cases may be replaced or issued store credit.
12. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched within 24–72 business hours.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to third-party logistics partners, customs, or statutory clearances.
International duties and taxes are payable by the customer and are not included in the order value.
13. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATION & CUSTOMER CONSENT
By providing your mobile number and/or email address on the Site, during checkout, account creation, or any interaction with Kiri Kiri, you expressly consent to receive communications via email, WhatsApp, RCS, SMS, phone calls, and other electronic means.
These communications may include order updates, service notifications, promotional messages, offers, and marketing communications.
You acknowledge that your consent is explicit and voluntary and that standard messaging charges may apply.
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time by replying STOP, using the unsubscribe option, or contacting customer support.
Transactional communications related to active orders may continue even after opting out of promotional messages.
14. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
All products and services are provided on an “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kiri Kiri shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
15. INDEMNITY
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kiri Kiri, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
16. AMENDMENTS
Kiri Kiri reserves the right to amend these Terms or the Privacy Policy at any time.
Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Site. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17. GOVERNING LAW & ARBITRATION
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be resolved by arbitration in Jaipur, Rajasthan, in accordance with the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996.
