Our jewellery is very delicate, it cannot be handled roughly like statement pieces. Always try to keep the chain away from water & do not spray perfume or lotion on it. When not in use , put the jewelry in a zip lock that we provide to avoid any kind of tarnish.

How to measure your wrist length?

Take your existing chain bracelet or a plain thread and wrap it around your wrist. Mark the point which you feel is the most comfortable and measure its length end in inches using a ruler or a measuring tape.

To extend the life of any chain, avoid perfume, chemicals and prolonged moisture. Store in the zip pouch provided when not in use.

Order Processing

Most Kiri Kiri jewellery orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.

Custom, personalised or specially requested products may require approximately 1–2 weeks, depending on the design, gemstone, material availability and work involved.

Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.

Processing timelines are estimates and may occasionally vary depending on order volume, product availability, customisation or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Within India

After dispatch, orders within India are generally delivered within approximately 2–5 business days, depending on the destination pin code and courier serviceability.

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed unless Kiri Kiri has expressly confirmed a guaranteed delivery date in writing.

Delivery may occasionally be affected by courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, service restrictions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping Charges Within India

We currently offer free standard shipping within India.

Free shipping applies to the original shipment of an eligible order and does not automatically include voluntary return shipping, exchange shipping, re-shipping or charges arising from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will ordinarily be shared through one or more of the following:

• SMS

Tracking information is generated by the courier partner and may occasionally take some time to update after dispatch.

Urgent Delivery Requests

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with urgent requests. However, an urgent delivery request does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date unless Kiri Kiri expressly confirms the same in writing.

Delivery Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate:

• Name
• Delivery address
• Pin code
• Mobile number
• Email address

Please contact us as soon as possible if any delivery information needs to be corrected.

Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to modify the delivery address.

Kiri Kiri is not responsible for delays caused solely by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Where a shipment is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, repeated failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery or inability of the courier to contact the recipient, reasonable re-shipping or return-to-origin charges may be payable by the customer where applicable and permitted by law.

Cash on Delivery Orders

Cash on Delivery (“COD”) may be available for selected customers, orders and pincodes.

Kiri Kiri may contact the customer through WhatsApp, SMS or telephone to confirm a COD order before dispatch.

Unconfirmed COD orders may be cancelled.

Customers who repeatedly refuse confirmed COD shipments may have COD disabled for future purchases.

Orders above ₹15,000 are ordinarily accepted only through prepaid payment methods unless specifically approved by Kiri Kiri.

International Shipping

Kiri Kiri ships internationally to destinations where suitable courier or postal services are available.

International delivery timelines vary depending on:

• Destination country
• Courier service
• Customs clearance
• Local delivery networks
• Public holidays
• Import procedures
• Government or regulatory requirements

International delivery timelines are therefore estimates and cannot ordinarily be guaranteed.

Customs or regulatory authorities may inspect, hold or reassess international shipments. Such processes are outside Kiri Kiri’s direct control.

International Duties, Taxes & Customs Charges

For all international orders, any customs duty, import duty, VAT, GST, brokerage fee, clearance charge, local tax or any other charge levied by the destination country, customs authority, courier company or other authority shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Such charges may vary depending on the destination country, order value, product classification and applicable local regulations.

Kiri Kiri does not control the amount, assessment or collection of duties, taxes or other charges imposed by foreign authorities or courier companies.

In certain cases, Kiri Kiri or its shipping partner may prepay or facilitate certain customs duties or import charges as part of the shipping process. Any additional, reassessed, supplementary or other duties, VAT, taxes, brokerage fees, clearance charges or import-related costs imposed at any stage shall remain the responsibility of the customer.

If an international shipment is held because payment of such charges or completion of customs formalities is required, the customer is responsible for making the required payment and providing any information reasonably requested for clearance.

Refused or Unclaimed International Shipments

If an international shipment is refused, abandoned or returned because the recipient:

• Refuses delivery
• Does not complete required customs formalities
• Fails to provide information reasonably requested by customs or the courier
• Fails to pay applicable duties, taxes or other import-related charges

Any actual and reasonable non-recoverable shipping, return, customs, carrier or handling charges may be deducted from any refund or store credit, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This does not affect any mandatory rights available where the Product is defective, incorrect or materially misdescribed.

Customs Delays

International shipments may occasionally experience delays due to customs examination, documentation requirements, regulatory clearance or local import procedures.

Kiri Kiri will reasonably assist with information relating to the shipment where required but cannot control the time taken by customs authorities, courier companies or government agencies to process a parcel.

Delivered but Not Received

If courier tracking shows your order as delivered but you have not received the parcel, please contact us promptly.

Customers may be requested to provide information reasonably required by the courier for the investigation.

Damaged, Tampered or Incorrect Shipments

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, or contains an incorrect or damaged Product, please contact us promptly.

We strongly recommend recording a clear and continuous unboxing video when opening the parcel, particularly for jewellery and fragile products.

Photographs, packaging, shipping labels and other relevant evidence may also be requested to assist with the investigation.

Please refer to our Refund / Exchange Policy and Terms & Conditions for further information regarding defective, damaged or incorrect Products.

Delays Outside Our Control

Delivery may occasionally be delayed due to circumstances outside Kiri Kiri’s reasonable control, including:

• Extreme weather
• Natural disasters
• Strikes
• Transportation disruption
• Courier disruption
• Customs examination
• Government action
• Regulatory restrictions
• Public emergencies
• Civil disturbance
• Other force majeure events

We will make reasonable efforts to assist affected customers.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy limits any consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Packaging

We do not currently offer separate gift-wrapping services.

However, Kiri Kiri jewellery is packed in a Kiri Kiri gift box.

If you would like to include a personal message, please contact us after placing your order and we will be happy to include a handwritten note where reasonably possible.

At Kiri Kiri, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted or made to order with care.

Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our jewellery, we do not offer refunds for change of mind. Eligible Products may be exchanged or returned for store credit in accordance with the conditions below.

Nothing in this policy restricts any consumer right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Order Cancellation

Most Kiri Kiri jewellery is made to order and preparation may begin shortly after an order is confirmed.

Accordingly, prepaid orders cannot ordinarily be cancelled once processing or production has commenced.

If you wish to request a cancellation before dispatch, please contact us as soon as possible.

Where production or fulfilment has not materially commenced, Kiri Kiri may, at its discretion, approve the cancellation or issue store credit.

No voluntary cancellation will ordinarily be accepted once an order has been dispatched.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If your jewellery is not quite what you expected, you may request an exchange or store credit within 3 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

To qualify for a voluntary exchange or store credit, the Product must be:

• Unworn and unused
• Undamaged
• Unaltered
• Returned in its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging, where supplied
• Accompanied by sufficient order or purchase information

All voluntary exchange and store-credit requests are subject to inspection after the Product is received by Kiri Kiri.

Receipt of a returned Product does not automatically mean that the return or exchange has been approved.

A voluntary change-of-mind return does not create a right to a cash refund.

Products Not Eligible for Voluntary Exchange or Store Credit

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, the following Products are considered final sale and are not eligible for voluntary exchange, return or store credit:

• Earrings and other hygiene-sensitive jewellery
• Products purchased during a sale, clearance or expressly designated final-sale event
• Custom-made or personalised Products
• Products altered or resized specifically for the Customer
• Products purchased using store credit
• Gift cards
• Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or improper care after delivery

These exclusions do not prevent a valid claim where a Product is defective, spurious, materially misdescribed, incorrectly supplied or otherwise subject to a mandatory remedy under applicable law.

Return Shipping for Voluntary Exchanges

For voluntary exchanges or store-credit returns, all return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

Any re-shipping charges applicable to an exchange may also be payable by the Customer.

Products should be securely packed during return transit. Kiri Kiri is not responsible for damage caused by inadequate packaging during a voluntary return arranged by the Customer.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your jewellery arrives damaged, defective or materially different from the Product ordered, please contact us promptly.

Where reasonably possible, we request that visible transit damage, missing Products or incorrect Products be reported within 3 calendar days of delivery so that we can promptly investigate the matter with the courier and our fulfilment team.

We may request reasonable supporting evidence including:

• A clear and continuous unboxing video
• Photographs of the Product
• Photographs of the outer and inner packaging
• The shipping label
• Order details
• The Product itself for inspection

We strongly recommend recording a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening your shipment, particularly for jewellery and fragile Products.

The absence of an unboxing video may make a transit-damage, missing-item or incorrect-item claim more difficult to verify. However, absence of a video will not by itself extinguish a statutory consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Where a Product is verified to be defective, spurious, materially misdescribed, incorrectly supplied or otherwise legally eligible for a remedy, Kiri Kiri will provide the remedy required under applicable law, which may include:

• Repair
• Replacement
• Return
• Refund
• Another appropriate remedy

Where the issue is attributable to Kiri Kiri and a return is required, reasonable return arrangements will be made as applicable.

Natural Gemstones & Handmade Variations

Kiri Kiri works with natural gemstones and handcrafted jewellery.

Natural gemstones may vary from one piece to another in:

• Colour and shade
• Transparency
• Inclusions
• Internal characteristics
• Mineral deposits
• Veins
• Patterns
• Texture
• Natural surface characteristics
• Shape and dimensions

These naturally occurring variations are part of the individual character of natural gemstones and shall not, by themselves, be considered manufacturing defects.

Similarly, minor variations arising from handcrafting, including slight differences in stone placement, dimensions, texture or finish, shall not by themselves constitute a defect where the Product otherwise materially corresponds with its description.

This does not permit substitution of a materially different gemstone, material or Product from that which was advertised or ordered.

Sterling Silver, Tarnishing & Plating Wear

Sterling silver naturally reacts with environmental conditions and may oxidise or tarnish over time.

Gold-plated brass and other plated jewellery may also experience gradual fading, colour change or plating wear with use.

Factors that can accelerate these changes include:

• Water and moisture
• Humidity
• Perspiration
• Perfumes
• Cosmetics and lotions
• Cleaning chemicals
• Chlorine and salt water
• Friction and abrasion
• Individual skin chemistry

Natural tarnishing, oxidation or gradual plating wear resulting from normal use or environmental exposure does not, by itself, constitute a manufacturing defect or indicate that the Product is made from a material different from that described.

This does not affect a valid claim involving an actual manufacturing defect or materially incorrect Product description.

Gemstone Certification Fees

Where gemstone certification is offered, it is an optional third-party service and is separately chargeable.

Once a gemstone or Product has been submitted to an independent laboratory for certification, the certification charge may become non-refundable because the third-party service has already been commissioned.

If the associated Product is subsequently eligible for a return or refund under applicable law, treatment of the separately commissioned certification fee will depend upon the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

Refunds Where Applicable

Where a monetary refund is required under applicable law or otherwise approved by Kiri Kiri, the refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund has been initiated may vary depending upon the bank, payment gateway or payment provider.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, where a monetary refund is applicable, the Customer may be required to provide valid bank account or other supported payment details because the original COD payment cannot ordinarily be electronically reversed.

Kiri Kiri may reasonably verify those details before processing the refund.

Store Credit

Where store credit is issued under our voluntary return policy:

• It has no expiry unless expressly stated otherwise
• It is redeemable only through Kiri Kiri
• It is non-transferable unless otherwise approved by Kiri Kiri
• It cannot ordinarily be redeemed for cash

Products purchased using store credit are final sale for voluntary change-of-mind purposes.

Store credit will not be imposed instead of a monetary refund where applicable law requires a monetary refund unless the Customer voluntarily agrees to receive store credit.

Repairs & After-Sales Service

Our jewellery is intentionally delicate and should be handled with appropriate care.

If your jewellery requires repair, restringing, replating, chain replacement or another after-sales service, please contact us with clear photographs of the Product and your order details.

Repair charges generally start from ₹300 and may vary depending on the Product, extent of damage, materials required and work involved.

Shipping charges for paid repair or after-sales services may be charged separately.

Repair availability is subject to technical feasibility and availability of gemstones, components and materials.

We may not be able to repair or recreate:

• Discontinued designs
• Products for which the required stones or components are no longer available
• Products that are damaged beyond reasonable repair
• Older Products where the original components can no longer be sourced

Because natural gemstones and handmade components vary, an exact visual match during a repair or replacement may not always be possible.

A paid repair, replating or maintenance service is separate from any statutory remedy relating to an original manufacturing defect.
