This pendant is made from fine quality Pink Opal gemstone, and was hand carved in a moon crescent shape and finished using 14kt Gold filled / Sterling Silver findings.
Every piece at Kiri Kiri is handmade. We use natural semi-precious stones. No two pieces are identical and the differences add to the uniqueness.
How to measure your wrist length?
Take your existing chain bracelet or a plain thread and wrap it around your wrist. Mark the point which you feel is the most comfortable and measure its length end in inches using a ruler or a measuring tape.
I've placed an order online & need an update. Who do I call or email?
Your order will take 1-2 business days to process/make. It will take another 2-5 business days to be delivered, depending on your pin code. You will receive a tracking number on your registered email and on WhatsApp/SMS once your order is shipped.

How much would you charge for shipping?
We offer free domestic shipping in India.

Duties & Taxes for International orders, who pays for it ?
Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order. Any duties or charges are directly paid to the shipping agency, they are levied only once the product enters the country and has to be paid by the customer.
How long does it take to get my Order ready?
All our jewelry are made to order pieces and it takes around 1-2 working days to make them specially for you. Special Custom orders can take about 1-2 weeks to be made and prepared for shipping.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to every place the post office lets us!

I'm ordering a present - do you gift wrap?
Sorry we don't do Gift wrap!!
Although the jewelry comes in a Kiri Kiri gift box , you can also email us a personal message that we can write out on the note for you.

EXCHANGES / REFUNDS / REPLACEMENTS
What is your refund/exchange policy?
Since all our jewelry is custom made/made to order, we have kept a no refund policy for our store. Although if you aren't happy with your product, we will be happy to exchange/give you a store credit for the same. The product should be in the original condition, accompanied with the receipt and the return should be initiated within 3 days of receiving the product. Any purchases made on the Sale day will be deemed as final and no exchange will be provided. Earrings can't be exchanged because of hygiene requirements.
If the customer wishes for an exchange/return, all the shipping cost will be borne by them. Any shipping cost will not be eligible for a refund.
My jewellery is broken or damaged - can I get a replacement?
We will be happy to replace any damaged jewelry up to 3 days after receiving the product. Needless to say the damage should be from manufacturing or shipping errors.
What happens if my jewellery breaks?
As evident from our designs, our jewelry is quite delicate. It needs to be handled with care and caution. Any rough handling like those of the statement and chunky pieces could lead to breakage. To give an idea, if we were to add thicker, chunkier, sturdier chains and clasps, it would not hold the classy, delicate, one of a kind look that it currently possesses. A lot of designing and planning goes to make it look visually aesthetic.
However, KiriKiri is happy to repair your item for you. Repairs start at Rs.300/- and will increase depending on the extent of the damage. For online orders, please provide photos of the issue so we can determine the best course of action. Please be ready to provide your receipt from the original purchase. Discontinued designs cannot be repaired especially if it was purchased from us 6 months ago.
