Our jewellery is very delicate, it cannot be handled roughly like statement pieces. Always try to keep the chain away from water & do not spray perfume or lotion on it. When not in use , put the jewelry in a zip lock that we provide to avoid any kind of tarnish.

How to measure your wrist length?

Take your existing chain bracelet or a plain thread and wrap it around your wrist. Mark the point which you feel is the most comfortable and measure its length end in inches using a ruler or a measuring tape.

Order Updates

Once your order is placed, it usually takes 1–2 business days to process. After dispatch, delivery within India typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your pin code.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking details via email and/or WhatsApp/SMS.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship internationally to locations where courier/postal services are available. International delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and courier service availability.

Duties & Taxes on International Orders

International duties, taxes, VAT, customs charges, or any other import-related fees are not included in your order value. If applicable, these charges are payable by the customer directly to the shipping agency or customs authority once the parcel reaches the destination country.

Order Preparation Time

All Kiri Kiri jewellery is made to order and usually takes 1–2 working days to prepare. Custom orders may take 1–2 weeks, depending on the design and material availability.

Packaging

We do not offer separate gift wrapping at the moment. However, all jewellery is packed in a Kiri Kiri gift box. You may email us a personal message after placing your order, and we’ll be happy to include it as a handwritten note.

At Kiri Kiri, every piece of jewellery is handcrafted to order with great care. Because of the nature of our process, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed.

Order Cancellation

All prepaid orders are final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

Exchanges & Store Credit

If your piece is not quite what you expected, you may request an exchange or store credit within 3 days of delivery, provided that:

• The jewellery is unworn and unused

• It is returned in its original packaging

• The purchase receipt is included

Please note:

• Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons and cannot be exchanged or returned.

• Items purchased during sale events are final sale.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Items purchased using store credit are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damaged on Arrival

If your jewellery arrives damaged due to a manufacturing defect or shipping issue, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

Once verified, we will replace the item at no additional cost.

Repairs

Our designs are intentionally delicate and should be handled with care. If your jewellery requires repair, we are happy to assist.

• Repair charges start at ₹300, depending on the extent of the repair.

• For online orders, please email clear photos of the damaged piece along with your original receipt, and our team will guide you on the next steps.

Please note that repairs may not be possible for:

• Discontinued designs

• Pieces purchased more than six months ago

Gemstone certification is available for an additional ₹200.
